Pet Friend: Set up your personal profile and tell a bit about yourself — your experience with animals, lifestyle, and home environment. Let Pet Parents see why you’re a great match for their pet.

Browse & Discover

Pet Parent: Explore Pet Friends in your area. Read their reviews, get to know their experience, and find someone who feels right for your pet.

Pet Friend: Browse pet profiles nearby and discover amazing pets looking for company or temporary care. Choose the ones that fit your availability and preferences

Connect & Chat

Pet Parent: Message Pet Friends to discuss your pet’s needs, routines, and possible dates. You can also receive messages or booking requests from Pet Friends who are interested in caring for your pet.

Pet Friend: Reach out to Pet Parents or respond to messages from them. Ask questions, share your availability, and get to know each other before confirming a stay.

Send or Accept a Booking Request

Pet Parent: Once you’ve found the right Pet Friend, send a booking request — or accept one if a Pet Friend has already reached out. Choose between a one-time booking or a subscription plan.

Pet Friend: Found a pet you’d love to look after? Send a booking request directly to the Pet Parent. You can also receive and accept requests from them. Both sides can confirm or decline requests before finalising.

All bookings are securely managed through the platform, with insurance and 24/7 vet support included.

Pet Parent: Arrange a short meet-up before the stay to make sure everyone — especially your pet — feels comfortable. Then relax knowing your furry friend is in caring hands.

Pet Friend: Enjoy your time with your new furry (or feathery!) companion. Whether it’s a walk, a weekend stay, or a longer friendship, every moment makes a difference.

Pet Parent: After each booking, leave a review about your Pet Friend to help others find reliable and caring matches.

Pet Friend: Share feedback about the pet and Pet Parent. Your review helps build a kind, transparent, and trustworthy community.

A few tips before your first stay

  1. Schedule a short meet & greet before the first booking — it helps ensure comfort for both the pet and the people
  2. Keep your pet’s profile up to date with vaccination info, habits, and care routines.
  3. Use the in-app chat to share photos, updates, or important notes during the stay.
  4. Don’t worry — our team is here if you ever need help or advice along the way.
