Either the Pet Parent or Pet Friend can send a booking request. The other user can accept or decline it. Once confirmed, both can communicate safely through the platform to arrange all details. Bookings can be for a day, weekend, week, or longer.

Is my pet insured during the booking period? +

Insurance coverage is currently available for dogs and cats. This includes protection in case of accidents or emergencies during an active booking. All users also have access to a 24-hour veterinary helpline.

What happens if there’s a problem during a booking? +

If something unexpected happens, the Pet Parent should be contacted first. They know their pet best and can often help resolve the situation. Our support team and veterinary helpline are also available when needed.
